Weight Loss Program

Are you eating all the right foods but are still struggling to lose weight? Perhaps you are confused on which of the million diets out there to follow and are tired of general weight loss advice that simply doesn’t work.

I understand the frustration that comes with not achieving weight loss goals when you are working so hard. Weight loss doesn’t have to be this difficult and I am here to help you. In this program I will teach you the fundamentals of long term weight loss and how to implement daily routines that help you achieve your goals and keep the weight off long term.

I will assess your current diet, habits, lifestyle and mental wellbeing and then design a tailor made plan that will take you from your current state to achieve your health and body goals.

This weight loss program is empowering and exciting, it will help you love your body while losing weight, gaining strength and vitality.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

I will mentor you through 3 one-to-one sessions over a period of 2-3 months. On booking your program, you will receive a nutrition questionnaire and food diary to be completed and returned for preliminary assessment. On the day of your constultation I will ask detailed questions about your current health, symptoms, medical history, family history, lifestyle, use of medication, supplements, diet and health goals. I will then go on to evaluate your individual needs and use the extensive evidence base for nutritional science to develop a personalised, safe and effective nutrition, supplemental and lifestyle programme. 

In follow up consultation we will evaluate where you are in relation to your goals, assess your ongoing improvement, adjust the programme at each session to take you further and continue learning and motivation.
